Account Registration.

To create a PolarHR account follow these steps:

  1. Select the Start for free link from the PolarHR homepage.
  2. Fill in the registration form and accept the terms of use and privacy policy.
  3. Click Create your account.
  4. Check your email account (including junk folder) for your verification email.
  5. Click the Verify Email button.
  6. You can now sign in with your username and password.

PolarHR is designed to work best when a single account serves an organisation. With this in mind accounts must be registered with a unique email address.

If your employer has invited you to setup a PolarHR account you can follow these steps:

  1. Click the Set Up Account link in your welcome email.
  2. Enter and confirm a password that meets the password requirements and click Submit.
  3. You may be asked to complete an onboarding form to capture basic information.
  4. Once complete your account will be submitted for approval.
  5. You will receive an email notification when your account has been approved.
  6. You can now Sign In using your username and password.
