To create a PolarHR account follow these steps:
- Select the Start for free link from the PolarHR homepage.
- Click Create your account.
- Check your email account (including junk folder) for your verification email.
- Click the Verify Email button.
- You can now sign in with your username and password.
PolarHR is designed to work best when a single account serves an organisation. With this in mind accounts must be registered with a unique email address.
If your employer has invited you to setup a PolarHR account you can follow these steps:
- Click the Set Up Account link in your welcome email.
- Enter and confirm a password that meets the password requirements and click Submit.
- You may be asked to complete an onboarding form to capture basic information.
- Once complete your account will be submitted for approval.
- You will receive an email notification when your account has been approved.
- You can now Sign In using your username and password.
