The company calendar shows all user absences and public holidays in a single place, for everyone to access. The calendar can be filtered by one or multiple teams and locations.

All absences will show on the calendar, however it is possible to hide the details of the absence from users. This is done in the absence type settings by selecting to not show the detail, absences set this way will display as an other absence.

Yes, the calendar can be exported to Outlook, Google and iCal.

To export the calendar:

  1. From the Calendar, click the Add to Outlook, Google and iCal link, and follow the on-screen instructions.
